Describe your role at Content Matterz:

My role is to keep the company functioning smoothly. My priority is to ensure the company has all the processes and tools needed to complete work as efficiently as possible. I wear many hats in various capacities (training and education, HR, IT, etc.) to provide employees the support to not only do their work but to grow in their roles and as people.

Give us some background; why are you here, now:
I have been at Content Matterz for 5 years. It’s been an amazing adventure that has helped me grow more professionally and personally than any other work experience. Before that, I worked at other marketing agencies as both a project and account manager. I met Cara when we worked together at a legal blogging network, LexBlog.

What’s a fun fact that makes you, you?
I recently ran my first 10k in June and my first half marathon in September, because why not!?! I have owned at least 1 cat my entire life..


What do you enjoy doing outside of your 9-to-5?
Running, reading and writing, and spending time with my girls and family. I also spend an abnormal amount of time pandering to my orange cat (you would be amazed by how many times I open the front door for her).

What/who inspires your life?
My girls and my mom are my guideposts and give me the perspective I need on some of my darkest days.

What motivates you to do what you do here, and how do you contribute to the client experience
A happy team is my main motivation. If my team has the tools they need to get their work done well and they are enjoying what they do, our clients feel it.
